# 交易監控與合規（KYT）

HoyaPay 致力於在數位資產生態系中維持高標準的合規與風險控管。為確保交易過程的透明性與安全性，我們已建立完善的「了解您的交易（Know Your Transaction, KYT）」機制，用以識別、監測並防範潛在的高風險交易行為。

####  禁止行為說明

HoyaPay 嚴格禁止用戶透過本平台進行任何形式的非法活動，包括但不限於洗錢、恐怖主義資金籌措，或其他違反法律規定的商業行為。

所有用戶交易皆會接受即時且持續的 KYT 監測。一旦偵測到疑似非法或異常交易行為HoyaPay  將依法採取必要措施，包括但不限於暫停或凍結帳戶、拒絕相關資金流動，並在必要時向相關監管或執法機構通報可疑活動。

#### 用戶應避免的高風險行為

HoyaPay  特別提醒用戶避免以下行為，以降低交易受限或帳戶風險：

* 違反經濟制裁規範：進行可能違反各國政府或國際組織所實施經濟制裁的交易，包括但不限於美國財政部、聯合國安理會等相關機構的制裁措施。\ <br>
* 涉及非法活動的交易：例如與詐騙、盜竊資金、勒索軟體或其他犯罪行為相關的資金往來。\ <br>
* 異常或不具合理商業邏輯的交易模式：如在資金入帳後立即提領，且無正當或合理的交易背景。
