After the card is successfully activated, HoyaPay synchronizes card data with third-party platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook.

Some users may experience synchronization delays. However, most accounts complete synchronization within 2 days, while a small number of cases may require 3–5 days.

If card linking or transaction failures occur during the synchronization period, please do not attempt repeated transactions or multiple linking attempts, as this may be identified by the system as abnormal or high-risk activity and could result in a temporary card suspension.

It is recommended to wait for a period of time and then try again.
