# 退款流程怎麼操作?

HoyaPay 的退款流程依照商家與支付網路的處理順序進行，整體流程如下：

1. 用戶向商家申請退款\
   用戶需先向原交易商家提出退款申請。<br>
2. 商家處理並發起退款\
   商家確認退款後，將透過其支付系統發起退款流程。<br>
3. HoyaPay 接收商家退款款項\
   HoyaPay 在收到商家退回的資金後，進行內部處理與入帳。<br>
4. HoyaPay 將款項退還至用戶帳戶\
   款項將依原支付路徑退回至用戶的 HoyaPay 卡片或帳戶。<br>

用戶完成退款入帳\
用戶可於帳戶交易紀錄中查看退款狀態與入帳結果。<br>
