# 退款入帳時間

退款處理說明

使用 HoyaPay 消費後，若商家發起退款申請，退款處理時間將依交易類型而有所不同：

授權類交易與即時支付交易：退款通常處理較快，一般可在短時間內完成。

電商平台訂單退款：由於平臺本身審核與結算流程，退款時間相對較長。

一般而言，退款時間約 2 至 15 個工作天，部分特殊情況可能超過 30 天。目前尚未發現不支援退款的交易類型。

一旦 HoyaPay 收到商家退回的款項，我們將第一時間處理並退還至您的帳戶。但請注意，我們仍需等待商家完成其內部退款流程，具體到帳時間可能會有所延遲。
