# KYC認證沒有通過是什麼原因？

**常見 KYC 審核失敗原因說明**

**1. 年齡限制不符**

* HoyaPay 要求用戶年滿 18 歲才可完成認證。

**2. 人臉辨識失敗的常見情形**

* 眼鏡反光影響辨識：建議認證時取下眼鏡，避免反光幹擾系統判斷。
* **人臉未完全置於畫面中**：請確保臉部正對鏡頭，完整且清晰地出現在辨識框內。
* **與證件照片差異較大**：若目前形象與證件照差異明顯，可能影響辨識通過率。建議使用官方身份證件並保持表情自然。
* **畫面中出現其他人或異常動作**：認證時請勿與他人同時出鏡，避免舉止異常（如頻繁移動、手持手機）影響辨識準確度。
* **非本人操作認證**：不得使用他人影像、錄影、截圖或替代方式嘗試認證，否則系統將自動識別並拒絕。

**3. 身分證件審核未通過的原因**

* **證件類型不符合要求**：請依認證頁面提示提交可接受的證件（如護照、身分證、駕照等）。上傳不支援的證件（如居留證）將無法通過。
* **證件影像不清晰或損壞**：需拍攝證件原件，避免使用截圖、掃描件、模糊影像或損毀證件。
* **證件已過有效期限**：僅支援有效期限剩餘 三個月以上 的身分證件進行認證。

**4. 重複提交認證訊息**

每位使用者的身份資訊僅可綁定一個 HoyaPay 帳戶。若係統偵測到相同身分資料已在其他帳號使用，新的認證請求將被拒絕。

**5. 資料填寫不一致**

請務必確保上傳的姓名、出生日期、證件號碼等基礎資訊與所提交的證件內容完全一致，否則將無法通過審核。
