# 無法收到手機驗證碼怎麼辦？

1. **確認手機號碼是否正確**\
   請檢查您輸入的手機號碼是否為正確格式，並包含正確的國碼。
2. **查看簡訊收件匣與阻擋名單**
   1. 請確認簡訊未被誤歸類至垃圾訊息資料夾。
   2. 檢查是否曾將「Hoyapay」或發送簡訊的號碼設為黑名單或封鎖號碼。
3. **等待幾分鐘或重新傳送** \
   有時簡訊系統可能會延遲，請耐心等待 1～2 分鐘後再試一次。點選「重新發送驗證碼」以獲得新的簡訊。
4. **切換至其他網路或重新開機** \
   嘗試切換到穩定的 Wi-Fi 或行動數據，或重新啟動手機以重新連接訊息。
