# 無法收到信箱驗證碼怎麼辦？

1. **更新 App 版本**\
   請確認已將 HoyaPay App 更新至最新版本，以確保系統功能正常。
2. **檢查郵箱垃圾箱或廣告郵件夾**\
   驗證郵件有可能被誤判為垃圾郵件，請查看相關資料夾，並確保郵箱容量未滿。
3. **確認郵箱設定**\
   請檢查是否曾將 HoyaPay 的寄信地址列入黑名單或設定為拒收，必要時加入為信任寄件者。
4. **重複發送驗證碼**\
   等待 1–2 分鐘後可再次嘗試發送驗證碼，有時網路延遲會影響接收。
5. **更換郵件地址**\
   如果仍無法收到郵件，建議嘗試綁定並使用其他可用的郵箱。
