# 註冊的時候為什麼要提示我的信箱顯示「已存在」？

若系統顯示您的信箱「已存在」， 代表該電子郵件地址已被用來註冊 HoyaPay 帳戶。 

請直接使用該信箱進行登入，無需重新註冊。 若您忘記密碼，也可透過「忘記密碼」功能重設後再登入。
