Refund Processing Instructions

After making a purchase with HoyaPay, if the merchant initiates a refund request, the refund processing time will vary depending on the transaction type:

• Authorization transactions and instant payments: Refunds are usually processed quickly and completed in a short period.

• E-commerce platform order refunds: Due to the platform’s own review and settlement process, the refund time may be relatively longer.

In general, the refund time takes about 2 to 15 business days, while in some special cases it may take more than 30 days. Currently, there are no known transaction types that are not eligible for refunds.

Once HoyaPay receives the refunded amount from the merchant, we will process and return it to your account as soon as possible. However, please note that we still need to wait for the merchant to complete their internal refund process, so the exact arrival time may be delayed.
