How to reset your password if you are not logged in
On the login page, enter your registered phone number or email address and click Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to start the password reset process.
Enter your new desired password.
Re-enter the new password to confirm it matches.
Enter the verification code sent to your email to verify your identity.
Submit to complete the password reset.
Please ensure your password meets the following requirements:
8 to 16 characters, including letters and numbers
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 uppercase letter
Note: For your account security, withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after changing your email or phone number.
How to reset your password if you are logged in
Tap My and select Change Password
Enter your current password
Set a new password and re-enter it to confirm
Submit to complete the password change
After changing your password, the system will automatically log you out Please log in again using your new password
