On the login page, enter your registered phone number or email address and click Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to start the password reset process.

• Enter your new desired password.

• Re-enter the new password to confirm it matches.

• Enter the verification code sent to your email to verify your identity.

• Submit to complete the password reset.

Please ensure your password meets the following requirements:

• 8 to 16 characters, including letters and numbers

• At least 1 lowercase letter

• At least 1 uppercase letter

Note: For your account security, withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after changing your email or phone number.

• Set a new password and re-enter it to confirm

• Submit to complete the password change

After changing your password, the system will automatically log you out Please log in again using your new password
