Will my card fee be refunded after deleting the card? Can the card be restored?

Deleting a card is an irreversible action. Please proceed only if you are sure you no longer need the card.

Deleted cards cannot be recovered, and the card issuance fee is non-refundable.

Steps to Delete a Card:

  1. Go to the Cards page

  2. Tap Manage on the card you want to delete

  3. Select Delete a Card

  4. Tap the Delete button

  5. Complete identity verification: • Without 2FA: Enter SMS verification code + email verification code • With 2FA: Enter Google Authenticator code + email verification code • With Passkey: Verify using your passkey
