Are there subscription and redemption limits?

To ensure fund security and system stability, HoyaPay Earn applies limits to subscription and redemption amounts. The actual available limits may vary depending on your verification level, account status, product type, and daily risk control conditions.

Subscription Limits

  • Each subscription has a minimum and maximum amount.

  • The maximum subscription amount may differ by product. Please refer to the product page for details.

  • Once the daily or per-transaction limit is reached, the system will temporarily stop accepting new subscriptions.

Redemption Limits

  • Each redemption also has a minimum and maximum amount.

  • During market volatility, system maintenance, or liquidity adjustments, redemption limits may be dynamically adjusted.

  • If the daily redemption cap is reached, you will need to wait until the next available period.
