What to do if you cannot receive the email verification code?
If you have not received the verification code sent by HoyaPay, please try the following steps:
Update the App Make sure your HoyaPay App is updated to the latest version to ensure all features work properly.
Check Spam or Promotions Folder The verification email may be mistakenly filtered as spam or advertisement. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders and ensure your mailbox is not full.
Verify Email Settings Check if HoyaPay’s sender address has been blocked or added to a rejection list. If needed, add it to your trusted sender list.
Resend the Verification Code Wait 1–2 minutes and try sending the verification code again, as network delays may affect delivery.
Use a Different Email Address If you still cannot receive the email, consider binding and using another valid email address.
