Can I still receive merchant refunds after deleting my account?

Refunds initiated before deleting your account may still be returned to your original payment method. However, please note:

  • After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log in to HoyaPay to check the refund status.

  • If the refund fails or is returned, you will not be able to process it again through the deleted account.

✅ We recommend confirming that all refund amounts have been successfully received before proceeding with account deletion.
