Can I still receive merchant refunds after deleting my account?
Refunds initiated before deleting your account may still be returned to your original payment method. However, please note:
After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log in to HoyaPay to check the refund status.
If the refund fails or is returned, you will not be able to process it again through the deleted account.
✅ We recommend confirming that all refund amounts have been successfully received before proceeding with account deletion.
