How to Freeze Your Hoya Master Card

Open the HoyaPay app and tap “Card” > “Freeze”

Tap “Confirm”

Complete identity verification:

  • Without 2FA: Enter SMS verification code + email verification code

  • With 2FA: Enter Google Authenticator code + email verification code

After verification, your card will be successfully frozen
