If you do not receive the SMS verification code, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify your phone number Please check that the phone number you entered is in the correct format and includes the proper country code.

  2. Check your SMS inbox and blocked list

    1. Make sure the SMS is not mistakenly sorted into your spam or junk folder.

    2. Check if “Hoyapay” or the SMS sender’s number has been added to your blacklist or blocked contacts.

  3. Wait a few minutes or resend the code SMS delivery may be delayed sometimes. Please wait 1–2 minutes and try again. Tap Resend Verification Code to receive a new SMS.

  4. Switch networks or restart your device Try switching to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, or restart your phone to reconnect to the network.

  5. International numbers or specific carrier issues Some carriers may block international SMS messages. Please confirm your number can receive verification SMS from overseas.

  6. Contact customer support If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Hoyapay customer support for assistance with verification.
