Can I register a new HoyaPay account after deleting my account?

Each user’s identity information can only be used to verify one HoyaPay account.

Even if you close an account that has already completed KYC, you will not be able to register or verify a new account using the same identity information.

Important Reminder

  • Each user can only be linked to one identity and one account.

  • Even if you hold different documents (such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license), they are still considered the same identity and cannot be used for repeated verification.
