Open the HoyaPay app
Tap My and select Personal data
Tap the pencil icon ✏️ next to your email or phone number
Complete identity verification:
Without 2FA: Enter the SMS code and email verification code
With 2FA: Enter the Google Authenticator code and email verification code
With Passkey: Verify using your passkey
Enter your new email address or phone number to receive verification codes
After completing the verification, your information will be updated successfully
Note: For your account security, withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after changing your email or phone number.
