Crypto deposit not credited (wrong token or wrong network)
Before making an on-chain deposit, please make sure that:
You select the correct cryptocurrency
You choose the correct blockchain network (e.g. ERC20, TRC20, etc.)
All on-chain information is entered correctly
You can verify the deposit details via:
Home > Deposit > On-chain Deposit > Select Token > View Token Details
Important Notice
If you select the wrong token or network, your funds may not be credited.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, the platform is usually unable to recover the funds.
If a blockchain network experiences a hard fork, temporary outage, or other uncontrollable events, deposit services may be affected.
Such changes may not be immediately reflected in documentation. Please refer to the real-time status shown on the App deposit page.
