Crypto deposit not credited (wrong token or wrong network)

Before making an on-chain deposit, please make sure that:

  • You select the correct cryptocurrency

  • You choose the correct blockchain network (e.g. ERC20, TRC20, etc.)

  • All on-chain information is entered correctly

You can verify the deposit details via: Home > Deposit > On-chain Deposit > Select Token > View Token Details
