Hoyapay KYC
To protect user assets and comply with regulatory requirements, all HoyaPay users must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing full features.
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application to avoid verification failure.
1. HoyaPay Identity Verification Process
Complete the following steps to submit your KYC application:
Enter your basic personal information
Upload photos of your identity document
Complete facial recognition verification
⚠️ Unsupported Situations
Please note that KYC is not available in the following cases:
Some countries/regions are not yet supported. Please check the list of unsupported countries/regions in the HoyaPay App.
Each user can only be linked to one identity. Even if you hold multiple IDs or have deleted a previous account, you cannot verify again.
Users under 18 years old are not eligible to use HoyaPay.
2. Important Notes for Identity Verification
To ensure a smooth approval, please pay close attention to the following:
1️⃣ Entering Personal Information
Your name must exactly match the spelling on your identity document. Please confirm the correct order of first and last name.
Your date of birth must match the document. Please check the month/day order carefully. Correct example: November 1, 2006
2️⃣ Uploading Identity Documents
Only document types supported by HoyaPay are accepted. If the App does not show your document type, it means it is not supported in your country.
Only original documents are accepted. The following are not supported: Photocopies Printed copies Screenshots Re-photographed images
If both front and back are required: They must be from the same person and the same document Missing sides or mismatched information will result in failure
Please ensure: Text is clear and readable No glare, obstruction, or damage The document is valid and has at least 3 months before expiration
3️⃣ Facial Recognition
Must be completed live by the account holder. Photos or videos are not accepted.
Please use the front camera and ensure: Good lighting Stable internet connection Your face is clearly visible
Hold your device upright (do not rotate or turn it sideways or upside down).
Avoid other people or objects appearing in the frame.
Look directly at the camera and remain still to avoid verification failure.
