Important Notes Before Deleting Your Card

Before deleting your Hoya Master card, please make sure to review the following to avoid any disruption to your services or account:

  1. Update Auto-Payment Information Check and update any services linked to the card (e.g., subscriptions, memberships, or billing) to prevent payment failures.

  2. Ensure No Pending Transactions or Refunds Verify that all transactions are completed and no refunds are pending. Once the card is deleted, the platform cannot guarantee successful refund processing.

  3. Deletion Is Permanent Deleted cards cannot be used again or recovered. Please confirm that deletion is necessary before proceeding.

Steps to Delete Your Hoya Visa Card

Open the HoyaPay app and tap “Card” > “Manage”

Tap “Permanently deactivate your card” > “Delete”

Complete identity verification:

  • Without 2FA: Enter SMS verification code + email verification code

  • With 2FA: Enter Google Authenticator code + email verification code

After verification, your card will be successfully deleted
