Deposit Not Credited (Wrong Token or Network Selected)
Before making an on-chain deposit, please make sure to:
Select the correct token
Choose the correct network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20)
Ensure all on-chain information is entered correctly

Home > Deposit > On-Chain Deposit > Select Token > View Token Details
Important Notice:
If the wrong token or network is selected, your funds may not be credited. Due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions, HoyaPay may be unable to recover the funds in most cases. We appreciate your understanding.
In cases of hard forks or temporary disruptions on blockchain networks, deposit services may be affected. Such changes may not be reflected in documentation immediately — please always refer to the real-time status shown in the in-app deposit page.
